This recently restored house, called ‘Casa GINESTRA’, is built of natural
stones. It is surrounded by 640 olive trees next to the village Mergo which is within walking distance.
We restored the house in 2006 in order to provide modern comfort and we divided it in two
apartments. Thus, all bathrooms, the kitchens and the remaining rooms are renewed as well as the furniture and the underfloor
heating.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom and
terrace.
The ground floor consists of a living room, a comfortable kitchen and a
bathroom. (In addition to that, there are two beds in the living
room. The house is surrounded by a porch.
Upon arrival, you will find some chosen wines to test and the olive-oil produced by the trees surrounding the house. You can easily pay the consumed products before your
departure.
Looking over this lovely house and his terraces, you will see the marvellous landscape of the
Marches, that is to say over Mergo and
Cupramontana, the Mount Murano (882m) and the Mount Saint Vicino (1479m).
According to the seasons and the daylight, the colours of the landscape are always subject to
change. You will experience nature and find out places Italy is really made of.
The Casa Ginestra can easily be used by a family consisting of two up to six
persons.
From app. the beginning of June to the end of August, the housing pool will be available for you.
